Yes, I am now working as a CIA for Xbox. So far, so good. The office is great, the account is easy, and people are friendly. Nothing to worry about really, except for TAKING CALLS!
I can’t get pass the nervousness of talking to customers. Worrying that I’ll mess up the call, give false information and fuck my documentation. My sister always warns me that customers can sense/hear fear, so if you’re nervous in a call they’ll know it, they’ll take over and you will surely fuck up.
Damn it. Answering phone shouldn’t be this hard!
